i have a sister-in law... weird

Holy canoli! My little brother got married yesterday afternoon in a lovely ceremony. My new sister-in-law was absolutely radiant in her gown, and Max, my brother, was looking pretty spiffy in his tux. My sister Sara caught the bouquet. Don't get too excited though, I think we'll be waiting a bit for that wedding. Despite the fact that we wanted to get a photo of the newlyweds, it just didn't happen so photos will have to wait. Instead, you can see a pic of Ken and I at the reception... and yes, I had a bit of a haircut last week.

I know that none of this is at all adoption related, but since nothing interesting is happening with our process, I feel the need to update the blog with various other tidbits.

On a completely random note, I found a super cool web service today. Kaboodle allows you to create a wish list of items from any website. It is TOO neat! It even has an option that allows you to install button on your toolbar so that you can instantly add an item to your list without exiting the web page. I think I'm in love. I'm going to start a multi site registry for Mr. Beckett.
