one hundred days.

What could you do with 100 days? You could make a collage a day. The picture to the left is the what the collage lady made on Beckett's birthday. You could travel around the world on a boat. That sounds pretty cool, though I do get a bit sea sick. I'd also need to buy a boat and I'm pretty sure I can't justify the expense. You could write a novel. Well, at least in theory. Perhaps you could write a novel in 100 days. I know my limits. You could learn 100 different quilting stitches. Dianna, this one's for you. I don't quilt. You could take control of your life with this guy's 100 days of emotional healing. That blog makes me queasy... I think I'll pass. You could stop cooking forever! Sure, raw food sounds cool, but I like soup and cake, and both require cooking. You could animate a really cool cartoon monster from an inkblot and then post it on your blog. Admittedly, this one requires a certain skill set, but I'm sure some of you are very creative.

So, what did I do with the last 100 days? I waited, not so patiently, for news on Beckett. It's been 100 days since we first saw his photo. 100 days from now I hope to have met him in person.

Here's to a fabulous 100 days! Maybe I'll even manage to do something productive and interesting, though I doubt it will be anything mentioned above.
