I was looking back over other folks published time lines, and I am beginning to think that travel in June may really be possible. It looks like most Vinh Long families travelled between 4 and 6 weeks after their provincial approval. Most recently, the Brodts received PA on 4/4 and have their G&R on 5/16. The way I see it, if we receive our PA by May 16 we could still be in VN before the end of June. Here's hoping for some news.

Thank you everyone for the kind words, thoughts and prayers regarding my Grandmother. The trip and funeral went well. Jess and I were able to, hopefully, re-kindle ties to that side of the family. It was good to see folks. I'm glad we were able to attend the funeral. Link to obit.
