The shoes are here! They arrived early this afternoon in a rather unceremonious brown cardboard box. For those of you who are curious, 100 shoes weigh in at 8lbs and fit quite nicely into a smallish amount of space. Each pair is packaged in a zip top bag marked with the size. We received 5 pairs of 0-6mo, 15 pairs of 6-12mo, 20 pairs of 12-18mo, and 10 pairs of 18-24mo. To call me excited would be a gross understatement. I am beyond thrilled to be able to take these shoes to Vinh Long and to know that many, many children will benefit from them. I am grateful to Robeez for the generous donation, and for having the foresight and strength of conviction to start a charitable corporate arm such as theirs.
