thanksgiving

We were lucky to enjoy two Thanksgiving feasts yesterday. The first was with my Dad's family at my uncle's farm. We ate way too much and then spent some time outside in the cold. Bex was obsessed with walking all the way across the pasture, though he never quite made it. He bounced on a trampoline, spent some time swinging, and watched as Buddy the Longhorn made a visit for a snack. The little dude also consumed his fair share of holiday fare, though I'm pretty sure he liked the plain 'ol mashed potatoes the best.

The evening found us gathered around a table at Mom's, continuing with the gluttony. Somehow our boy managed to eat even more food. He was clearly excited about the opportunity to sample so many new things. Unfortunately we have no photographic evidence of the evening gathering.

I hope all of you had a wonderful holiday! Beckett had some exciting milestones that we caught on film, but I can't find the pesky fire-wire cable so you'll just have to wait for the video.

I'll leave you with photos from our time on the farm.
